1. Acceptance
By using Lumina Pulse you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Subscriptions & Trials
Plans are billed annually. A 7-day free trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
3. Plan Changes
Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated.
4. Guidance Disclaimer
Lumina Pulse provides metaphysical guidance for reflective and entertainment purposes. It is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
5. Account & Conduct
You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not misuse or attempt to interfere with the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
